Where to find your order number<\/h2>\n

The order number appears in the subject line of your confirmation email and at the top of your account<\/a> order history. It is formatted as a short number, for example #1024<\/code>. If you have an account, you can also see every order and its status there without entering anything.<\/p>\n

On hold<\/span><\/td>\nYour payment is confirmed and the order is waiting for payment verification or review. We will contact you if anything is needed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Processing<\/span><\/td>\nThe order is being prepared and packed in our fulfilment warehouse.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Shipped<\/span><\/td>\nThe parcel has been handed over to the courier. The tracking number is in your shipping email.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Out for delivery<\/span><\/td>\nThe parcel is with the courier and out for delivery on the day of arrival.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Delivered<\/span><\/td>\nThe parcel has been delivered. Check the drop-off point if nobody is home.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Cancelled<\/span><\/td>\nThe order was cancelled and, if it was already paid, the amount has been refunded in full.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Refunded<\/span><\/td>\nA return has been accepted and the money is on its way back to your payment method.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n

Troubleshooting<\/p>\n

If the form does not find your order<\/h2>\n

Most lookup failures are caused by a mistyped order number or a different email address than the one used at checkout. Please check both, including the spelling of the email. If the order was placed as a guest, use the exact address from the confirmation email.<\/p>\n

If the status still does not appear, contact us with the order number and we will look it up manually. You can reach us at itblacksmiths@gmail.com<\/a> or through the contact form<\/a> \u2014 we reply within one business day.<\/p>\n
