\nHow much does shipping cost?<\/span><\/summary>\n

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order<\/strong>, to every country we ship to, with no minimum order value. The full amount is shown before you pay \u2014 no delivery fee appears at the last step.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow long will my order take to arrive?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

Orders are prepared within 1\u20133 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 5\u201310 business days within the EU, 6\u201312 business days to the UK and 8\u201316 business days to the USA and Canada. The full breakdown is on our Shipping & Delivery<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you ship to my country?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

We ship worldwide. Orders to the EU carry no customs duty because all prices include VAT. For other destinations, local import taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I track my order?<\/span><\/summary>\n

Yes. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched, and you can check the current status at any time on the Track Order<\/a> page using your order number and the email address used at checkout.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I change or cancel my order?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

Yes, as long as the parcel has not been dispatched yet. Send us your order number and we will take care of it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n

\nHow do I choose the right size?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

Clothing is available from XS to 6XL, and the measurements are listed on every product page. Our Size Guide<\/a> contains the shoe sizing table and general advice. If you are between two sizes, we recommend the larger one.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nWill the product look exactly like the photo?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

We photograph every item ourselves, so what you see is what you get. Small differences in colour or print placement can occur between production batches, as is normal with printed garments.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n

\nHow do I return an item?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

You have 30 days from delivery<\/strong> to request a return. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. Write to us with your order number, and we will send you the return instructions. The return shipping cost is covered by the customer. The full rules are in our Refund and Returns Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I exchange an item for a different size?<\/span><\/summary>\n

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange. If the desired size is unavailable we will issue a refund instead. Exchanges are free for items that arrived damaged or faulty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhen do I get my money back?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3\u20135 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to show the credit on your statement.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n

We accept major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and others) through our secure card payment provider. Payments are processed on an encrypted connection, and we never see or store your full card number. You can also check out as a guest \u2014 no account is required.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nIs it safe to pay on this site?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

Yes. The whole site runs over HTTPS, payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider, and all card data is tokenised \u2014 it never touches our servers. You can review exactly what we store in our Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n

Problems<\/p>\n

\nMy parcel arrived damaged \/ I received the wrong item<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

Sorry about that. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the parcel and the item. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nMy parcel has not arrived and tracking has not updated<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

Carriers occasionally take a few days to register the first scan. If nothing has changed for more than 7 business days, write to us and we will open an investigation and either re-ship the parcel or refund you in full.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you offer gift wrapping or a wishlist?<\/span><\/summary>\n
\n

Gift wrapping is not currently available, but every order is packed neatly and is suitable for giving. If you tell us in the order notes that it is a gift, we will remove the invoice from the parcel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/details>\n<\/div>\n
