IT Blacksmiths ships to customers across Europe and the rest of the world. This page explains how your order is processed, how long it takes to arrive, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.

Free shipping, no minimum

Shipping costs nothing on every order, to every destination we serve. The delivery cost is already included in the total you see at checkout — there is no extra fee at the last step.

Timing

How long it takes

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Our stock is dispatched from our fulfilment partners, so a brief delay may occur during sale periods, high-demand launches or product restocks.

The estimates below are working days counted from the moment your parcel is handed over to the courier. They are indicative rather than guaranteed — customs inspection or carrier delays can occasionally add a few days.

Tracking

Following your parcel

As soon as your order leaves the warehouse you receive an email with the tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also enter your order details on our Track Order page at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking scan to appear.

Customs

Duties, taxes and VAT

All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT. For deliveries inside the European Union no additional customs duty or import tax is payable — the VAT is already settled by us.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duty, customs clearance fees or local taxes. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient. The courier may hold the parcel until the duties are settled, which delays delivery. We strongly recommend checking the import regulations of your country before ordering.

Address

Delivery addresses

Please provide a complete, deliverable address: street, building and flat number, city, postal code and country. Orders cannot be shipped to post office boxes, parcel lockers, pickup points or freight forwarder addresses — parcels sent to such addresses are usually returned to us and cannot be refunded as delivered.

You can change or cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Send us the order number as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Problems

If something goes wrong

Damaged or incorrect parcel

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and the item. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at your choice.

Not delivered / returned to sender

If the courier cannot complete the delivery, the parcel returns to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. If the address was incorrect, the return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

Lost parcel

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, write to us and we will investigate with the carrier. Depending on the outcome we either re-ship the item or issue a full refund.

Undeliverable address

Parcels that return to us because the address is incomplete are refunded once the parcel is back, minus the return shipping. Double-checking the address at checkout is always faster than a return.
