Who we are<\/h2>\n<p>The online store itblacksmiths.com is operated by <strong>IT Blacksmiths<\/strong>, a clothing brand with offices in Plovdiv, Bulgaria and Kharkiv, Ukraine. Our postal address is Street Arda, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. You can reach us at <a href=\"mailto:itblacksmiths@gmail.com\">itblacksmiths@gmail.com<\/a> or by phone on +380 95 317 3145 (Ukraine) and +359 8889 96365 (Bulgaria).<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t2\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">2. Scope of these terms<\/h2>\n<p>These terms apply to all orders placed through our website and to the use of the website itself. Any additional terms communicated to you in writing for a specific order take precedence over these terms.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t3\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">3. Products and availability<\/h2>\n<p>We sell apparel and accessories described on each product page. We work hard to present colours, prints and measurements accurately, yet minor differences between the screen and the physical product, or between production batches, are possible and do not constitute a defect.<\/p>\n<p>Products are offered while stocks last. We may remove a product or limit its quantity at any time, and we will inform you if an item you ordered is no longer available.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t4\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">4. Prices and payment<\/h2>\n<p>All prices are shown in <strong>EUR and include VAT<\/strong>. Shipping is free of charge for every order, as described on the <a href=\"https:\/\/itblacksmiths.com\/uk\/shipping-delivery\/\">Shipping &amp; Delivery<\/a> page. Duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are not included and are borne by the recipient.<\/p>\n<p>Payment is made via our secure card payment provider. The order is an offer to buy; the purchase contract is concluded once we have confirmed the payment and dispatched the goods. We may refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, if an item is out of stock, or if the delivery address is undeliverable \u2014 in that case any amount already paid is refunded in full.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t5\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">5. Delivery and fulfilment<\/h2>\n<p>Orders are prepared within 1\u20133 business days and dispatched by our fulfilment partners, who ship to the majority of our destinations. Delivery estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed; the risk of accidental loss passes to you only when the parcel is delivered to the address you provided.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t6\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">6. Right of withdrawal and returns<\/h2>\n<div class=\"itb-note\">\n<p class=\"itb-note__title\">Your statutory rights<\/p>\n<p>If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us at <a href=\"mailto:itblacksmiths@gmail.com\">itblacksmiths@gmail.com<\/a> and send the goods back within a further 14 days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In addition, and as a voluntary commercial gesture, we accept returns within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of delivery on the conditions set out in our <a href=\"https:\/\/itblacksmiths.com\/uk\/refund_returns-2\/\">Refund and Returns Policy<\/a>. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.<\/p>\n<p>You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the goods during the return shipment. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed or used in a way that cannot be resold, such as underwear with a broken hygiene seal.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t7\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">7. Warranty and liability<\/h2>\n<p>All products are covered by the statutory two-year guarantee for goods purchased by consumers in the EU. We are liable for defects that were present at the time of delivery and that are reported within the statutory period. Items that show signs of wear, improper washing or damage caused after delivery are not covered.<\/p>\n<p>We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and for any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. For all other cases our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t8\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">8. Intellectual property<\/h2>\n<p>All content on this website \u2014 texts, photographs, product designs, prints, logos and the layout of the shop \u2014 is protected by copyright and belongs to IT Blacksmiths or its licensors. The brand name and all printed graphics shown on our products must not be reproduced, resold or used commercially without our written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the website is permitted.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t9\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">9. Personal data<\/h2>\n<p>We process your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings before the competent court or consumer authority there. We reserve the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of Bulgaria.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"itb-t11\">\n<h2 class=\"itb-h2\">11. Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n<p>We may update these terms to reflect changes in our business or the law. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after it came into effect.
